    That is a tough one, but don't worry. You can sneak the formula into your son's foods by, for example, mixing it with his cereal, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, and even meats. Have you tried giving him the formula in a sippy cup?

    Feed you infant cereal or oatmeal mixed with the formula 2-3 times a day as they are a good source of iron. If you can sneak into his diet at least 20 ounces of formula a day, he should be fine. If you still worry, talk with your child's regular health care provider.
