    Vegetarian diet can be healthy for anyone as it is low in fat, sugar, and cholesterol. However, it is important to take a daily vitamin as there is not enough vitamin B 12 in vegetarian foods, as well as make sure an adequate intake of protein from soy milk, yogurt, tofu, eggs, peanut butter, and nuts.
