    First of all, expect that your children eat what you serve and serve a fruit and a vegetable with every meal and snack. Second, involve them in shopping for fruits and vegetables, so that they can learn about the abundant varieties of fruits and vegetables and help you pick through them. And last, but not least, involve your children in the kitchen. If they get excited about making a veggie dish, they will be more likely to eat it!

  • There is also very fun ways to prepare fruits and vegetables to make them more apatizing to your son or daughter. Check out some of the magazine at the front of the grocery store as sometimes they will have features of how to make a fruit plate look like an animal.
